Together we will review recent sales and current listings along with market stats to help determine the current value of your home so it is strategically priced to sell. My goal is to sell your home for the maximum amount in a reasonably short period of time.

Property Showings

I will guide you through everything from home staging to showing your home to buyers.

We want to keep the property looking as inviting as possible to potential buyers and we will discuss feedback from viewings so we can make changes if necessary.

Negotiations

Throughout the selling process I will work towards your established goals and negotiate with prosepective buyers.

Once an offer is received I will negotiate on your behalf to achieve your goals. I will talk you through every stage of the negotiations and keep you informed as to their progress.
